    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept the following payment methods for your convenience:
    -Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
    -Apple Pay
    All transactions are securely processed by Stripe to ensure your safety and
    privacy.

    Once you’ve paid for your order, you will automatically receive an invoice via email.

    • We typically ship your order within 3–4 business days.
    • Before that, we take up to 2 business days to carefully process, pack, and prepare your items.
    • So in total, you can expect your order to be on its way within 4 to 5 days from the time you place it.
    • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your package every step of the way.. If you have any questions about shipping or your order, feel free to reach out to us at contact@chal.ca.

    We currently offer shipping across Canada only. At checkout, you'll see the available delivery options for your area. If the product you're ordering is available in one of our stores, you can also choose free in-store pickup.

    To avoid any surprises, we highly recommend sending us an email to confirm product availability before choosing this option — we’ll get back to you within 24 hours or less.

    Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the type of lamp. For deliveries within Quebec, the cost is $19.95 CAD for floor lamps and $10.95 CAD for table lamps. For addresses outside of Quebec, floor lamp delivery is $29.95 CAD, while table lamps are $14.95 CAD. Final shipping rates will be calculated and shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

    Yes, in-store pickup is available if the product is stocked at one of our locations. We highly recommend reaching out by email at contact@chal.ca before placing your order to confirm availability. We'll get back to you within 24 hours or less to help you plan your pickup with confidence.

    All of our products are compatible with standard plugs used in North America.

    Yes, all of our lighting fixtures come with detailed installation instructions and necessary hardware. However, for more complex installations or to ensure safety, we recommend professional installation.
